1.1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 888be platform ("Platform") and its users ("Member" or "you"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the Platform, you are deemed to have unconditionally accepted these Terms.

888be is an online betting and casino platform that provides an entertaining gaming experience for users in Bangladesh. The Platform operates using SSL encryption and follows fair play principles.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform. 888be reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are published means you have accepted the new Terms.

1.3 Language

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on the 888be platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Creating an account for anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. 888be may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend or close an account if the required documents are not provided.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, bank account, or identification document will result in all associated accounts being closed, and all accumulated bonuses and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, address, contact details, and payment information — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials confidential. Any unauthorised use of your account should be reported to 888be Support immediately. 888be is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit on the 888be platform is ৳500, which applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are:

• Bank Transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank)

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal.

Before requesting a withdrawal, please ensure your account is fully verified and all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

3.3 Payment Verification

888be reserves the right to verify identity before processing any withdrawal, for the purpose of fraud prevention and secure transactions. Payments may be held in cases of suspicious activity.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus will be awarded only once per account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• 888be reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 888be may cancel the bonus and conduct an investigation.
• The original deposited amount may be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met, but doing so will void the bonus and any related winnings.

5.1 Tier Structure

The 888be VIP Program has four tiers, each offering different benefits:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

5.2 Tier Changes

Members can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular active play. Tier assignment and cashback amounts are at the discretion of 888be and are subject to change.

5.3 Cashback Payment

Weekly cashback will be credited to your account at a set time each week. 888be may change the cashback amount and applicable terms.

6.1 Permitted Use

The 888be platform is permitted for personal entertainment purposes only. Each bet should be placed independently and at your own discretion.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated method.
• Accessing or using another member's account.
• Interfering with the platform's software or systems.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits fraudulently more than once.
• Using the platform's name, brand, or logo without authorisation.

If evidence of prohibited activity is found, 888be reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action.

7.1 Awareness & Control

888be takes responsible gaming very seriously. We encourage members to play for entertainment purposes and within their means. All members can set their own deposit and betting limits.

7.3 Protection of Minors

8.1 Ownership

All content on the 888be platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — is protected under 888be's intellectual property rights. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

8.2 Third-Party Content

The platform uses content from third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming), which is displayed under their respective licensing agreements.

9.1 Service Continuity

888be does not guarantee uninterrupted service on the platform. Temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. 888be is not liable for any loss arising from such situations.

9.2 Internet Connection

If a bet or game is affected by loss of internet connection or a poor connection, 888be will make a decision in accordance with its own policy.

9.3 Third-Party Services

888be is not directly liable for any issues related to payment service providers or game providers; however, assistance will be provided to resolve problems wherever possible.

11.1 Member's Right

Any member may request to close their account at any time through the support team. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before account closure, provided all applicable conditions are met.

11.2 888be's Right

888be reserves the right to close or suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a breach of the Terms.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that specific provision shall be considered void; all remaining terms will continue in full effect.

13.2 Non-Waiver

If 888be does not exercise a right in a particular situation, this shall not be construed as a promise not to exercise that right in the future.

13.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between 888be and the member, and replace any prior arrangements or understandings.
